The shards pendant has six triangular shaped pieces of blue dichroic glass fused in a crossing pattern.  The piece is wrapped with sterling silver wire which forms the bale on top.

The shards earrings have six pieces of dichroic blue glass layered in a random pattern.  This particular glass appears to glow from within as it catches the light. The color changes to pale yellow when light shines through the glass.
