Funtown Pier

I silkscreened the silhouette of the funtown rides onto a piece of yellow-gold glass. The surrounding border is made from blue glass that I covered with black paint then scratched the words and designs into the paint before firing it. The two top corners represent fireworks while the bottom corners represent dune grass.  The panel is constructed with brass came and measures  17.5” x 14.5”.
